Cindy Black started with Redeemer Radio in December 2015. Cindy is the primary visionary for the organization. In her words, she works to draw on the numerous gifts of our staff and volunteers to fulfill the mission of sharing the love of
Jesus Christ with everyone we encounter.
Cindy is a parishioner at St. Vincent de Paul, Fort Wayne, where she and her husband Phil are on a core team for SALT Date Nights for Married Couples. She has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Communication from IPFW as well as a Master’s Degree in Theology from the University of Notre Dame. She and her husband Phil have been married since March of 1992, and have two children: A daughter named Eddie and a son named James.
Rick joined the Redeemer Radio staff October 2016 as the General Manager for the 95.7 FM Michiana station. Rick manages staff and volunteers while connecting people in the community with the good work that Redeemer Radio does.
Originally from Chicago, he attended Holy Cross College, and graduated from Notre Dame with a Theology Degree. He later received his Master’s in Education from Providence College. He previously worked with the Brothers of the Sacred Heart in the Archdiocese of New Orleans, and most recently worked at Holy Cross College as the Assistant Director of Admissions. Rick is a parishioner at St. Matthew Cathedral in South Bend, but loves attending daily Mass at different parishes in the Michiana area.
Becky Reidy started with Redeemer Radio in December 2018. Becky reaches out into the community to invite others to participate in advancing Redeemer Radio's mission through their gift of time, talent and treasure.
Becky is a parishioner at Our Lady of Good Hope, Fort Wayne. She grew up as a member of St. Joseph Hessen Cassel and attended IPFW. She has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Wright state. Before joining the Redeemer Radio Team Becky worked at home full time. She and her husband Jeremy have been married since August of 2002 and have 5 children.
Trisha joined the Redeemer Radio team January 2017 as the Corporate Accounts Executive for the 106.3 FM market. She connects businesses with Redeemer Radio through underwriting, business trades and sports advertising, heard on the stations.
Originally from Columbia City, Trisha previously worked for 20 years at Lincoln Financial Group. Trisha and her family are parishioners at St. Charles Borromeo Parish in Fort Wayne.
Angelo joined the Redeemer Radio team in July 2018 as the Sports Director for the 95.7 FM Michiana station. He broadcasts our Marian and St. Joseph High School football and basketball games and hosts both Tailgate Talk and Irish Sports Saturdays. As part of Redeemer Radio’s mission to support our local Catholic schools, Angelo leads an internship program with high school students from St. Joseph and Marian. The students work closely with Angelo to gain practical skills to help them in college and beyond.
An Emmy nominated television reporter, Angelo has been a fixture covering Notre Dame and Michiana sports since 2007. He worked at South Bend NBC affiliate WNDU for 11 years, most recently serving as Sports Director before joining the Redeemer Radio team.
Originally from Allentown PA, Angelo attended Syracuse University and graduated with a degree in broadcast journalism from the famed S.I Newhouse School of Public Communications. Before Redeemer Radio and WNDU, he worked at Service Electric Cable TV in his hometown of Allentown. He began his on-air career as the radio announcer for the Pennsylvania ValleyDawgs, a minor league professional basketball team. Angelo is a parishioner at St. Joseph Catholic Church in South Bend.
Becky started with Redeemer Radio in July 2017 as the Traffic Coordinator. That has grown into managing the breaks and on-air traffic of Redeemer Radio. Becky manages scheduling all PSAs and other on-air spots, and works with the sports team.
Baptized and raised Catholic, Becky is a parishioner and Youth Minister at St. John the Baptist, Fairfield in Fort Wayne. She studied Psychology with a minor in counseling at Ball State University where she graduated in May 2012. She has been a coach, campus minister and has done 2 years of missionary work. Becky married her husband, Miles, June of 2016 and they have a son. She says that coaching volleyball is her favorite job because of the relationships she can form with young ladies and impact lives of young people.

Kyle joined the Redeemer Radio staff in May 2016 as the host of The Kyle Heimann Show. Kyle can be heard weekdays from 6 - 8 am or on The Kyle Heimann Show podcast at KyleHeimann.com. As host, Kyle shares the Catholic faith with listeners, live and through the podcast, while learning from his guests. Kyle is a Catholic Speaker, musician, and author with 3 CDs, and 3 micro books.
Born and raised Catholic, Kyle and his family are parishioners at St. Mary of the Assumption in Decatur, Indiana. At St. Mary, Kyle is a small Christian group leader, school board member and a lover of coffee and donuts. He and his wife, Kate, were married December 2008 and they have 3 boys and 1 daughter. Kyle enjoys flying kites with his sons, and says that poison ivy is proof of evil in the world.
Doug Jones started as a volunteer with Redeemer Radio in 2010. He was hired in August 2011 as a full time employee. Doug is responsible for keeping the station on the air and sounding the best that it can. He comes to the station with 25 years of electronics equipment repair and maintenance.
Doug was brought up Lutheran and converted to Catholicism in 1982. He has been married to Susan since June of 1982 and they have two grown daughters. They have been members of Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton parish since the Haverhill School days. Doug and his wife Susan also volunteer at Manapogo Park’s Masses in the summer months.
Mike joined the Redeemer Radio team August 2018 as the Business Manager for the Organization. Mike works closely with the finance committee to ensure responsible management and stewardship of financial resources.
Mike has previously worked at St. Anne Retirement Communities and most recently the as the Business Manager at the Women’s Bureau. Mike and his family are parishioners at St. Mary Mother of God Parish in Fort Wayne.
Mariam first became involved with Redeemer Radio as a volunteer in 2007 when the studio was so small you had to go outside to change your mind. She has watched with pride as the station not only grew but flourished. She was hired as producer of Truth in Charity with Bishop Rhoades in 2017 and then added Program Director to her list of responsibilities in 2019. She enjoys working in an environment where she can grow both spiritually and professionally.
Mariam earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has worked in radio news earning a Mark of Excellence Award from the Society of Professional Journalists for in-depth reporting. She also served as an adjunct faculty member teaching communication at both Ivy Tech Community College and Purdue University, Fort Wayne.
She converted to Catholicism in 1995, and ranks it as one of her life’s best decisions along with marrying her husband, Eric, in 1996. Together they have four amazing children. They are parishioners at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Fort Wayne. Mariam also enjoys traveling, going for long runs, and holding babies.
Andrea Serrani joined the Redeemer Radio staff in April 2014 as the Redeemer Mornings show Producer. You might know her as Andrea Allphin, but she happily took her new husband's last name when she married Xavier in October 2015. They have two daughters.
Andrea handles the technical operations of The Kyle Heimann Show, helps develop programming ideas and schedule guests, and lends her voice to the show for the Church News segment each day.
Andrea is a parishioner of Our Lady of Good Hope in Fort Wayne. She studied Literature and Political Philosophy at Ave Maria University in Ave Maria, Florida, then worked on special projects for the president of the University for two years before moving back to Fort Wayne. She loves reading, watching sports, and being friends with the saints!
